Jenna Nixon is a dedicated wife, mama, and Holistic Nutritionist. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Texas A&M University, she dove head first into the world of functional medicine and never looked back!

One time consults are only available for current clients who have been through one of my 3 or 4 month programs. Through many years of working with people one-on-one, this has been found to be the most effective approach with greater results! 

Yes!! As part of your program, we now offer customized weekly meals plans including recipes and a grocery list. If you have any allergies or specific dietary restrictions, it will be included in your plans. 

Yes! When you invest in us, we also invest in you. You are welcome to text or email questions at any time during the duration of your program and beyond.
